IPO Me Book Building Issue Kya Hota Hai?

While, book building issue me fixed price ki jagah ek price band ya price range hoti hai. Isme lowest price ko “floor price” aur highest price ko “cap price” kehte hain. Yahan aap desired price jo aap pay karne chahenge choose kar sakte hain. Book building issue me payment shares allocate hone ke baad hota hai.

IPOs can be of two types – a fixed price issue, or a book building issue. In a fixed price issue, the price of the offerings are evaluated by the company along with their underwriters. In a book building issue, there is no fixed price, but a price band or range with an upper price and a lower price.
