Jab koi company Book building public issue lati hai to us issue ka price band decide krti hai.
Book Building issue me floor price minimum price hota hai jispr aap IPO ki bid laga sakte hain
Investors price band me kisi bhi price pr Book Building IPO par bid kar sakte hain.
Retail investors ko ek additional option milta hai to choose “Cut-Off” price in a book building issue.
Cut-off price ka matlab ye hai ki company jo bhi price decide karti hai investors wo price pay karne ko ready hain
Retail investors ko IPO ke liye bid krte time highest price cut-off price pr choose karna hota hai. Agar final price cut-off price se kam hoga to remaining amount retail investors ko refund krdiya jaega.
