  • RIL: Reliance Industries raised ₹13,000 crore through 10-year bonds at a 7.90% coupon rate, taking its total domestic bond borrowings in September to ₹25,000 crore. Separately, the company could remain in focus after the government cut the windfall gains tax on diesel and ATF exports while retaining the tax on petrol at the same level for the fortnight beginning October 1.
  • NSE: The National Stock Exchange plans to launch a pilot app and expand its network of authorised collection centres to boost electronic gold receipts (EGRs), which have seen tepid volumes since launch.
  • OMCs: Oil marketing companies will remain in focus as crude prices have declined below $100 a barrel.
  • Infosys: Infosys and ABN AMRO Bank have extended their strategic collaboration to accelerate the bank’s AI-driven transformation.
  • L&T: L&T’s Transportation Infrastructure vertical has formally executed two contracts worth over ₹3,500 crore with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) for development of the Latifa Bint Hamdan Corridor. Separately, the company has extended the timeline for completing the sale of its stake in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd to December 31.
  • IRFC: Indian Railway Finance Corporation received a show-cause notice involving over ₹396.90 crore from GST authorities pertaining to FY23.
  • JSW Cement: JSW Cement announced a scheme of arrangement involving the merger of its listed subsidiary Shiva Cement with itself to create a unified cement platform.
  • Aurobindo Pharma: Subsidiary Acrotech Biopharma launched Adquey ointment in the US, marking its entry into the American dermatology market.
  • Dixon Technologies: Its arm Dixon Electro Appliances entered into an intellectual property licence agreement with Aviat Networks to manufacture and sell microwave radios.
  • IHCL: Indian Hotels Company Ltd opened the 31-key Ginger Guwahati, Aerocity in Assam.
  • STL Networks: STL Networks emerged as the lowest bidder for RailTel Corporation’s ₹250 crore integrated cloud infrastructure and data centre transformation project.
  • RBL Bank: The lender received a show-cause notice involving a GST demand of over ₹173.08 crore for alleged wrongful availment of input tax credit (ITC) during FY23.
  • Blue Dart Express: The company announced a 9–12% increase in shipment charges in India, effective January 1 next year.
  • Highway Infrastructure: The company entered into an agreement with the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority for a ₹220.66 crore work order covering user-fee collection and toll plaza operations at the Gorakhpur Link Expressway.
  • Multi Commodity Exchange of India: MCX received a GST show-cause notice demanding ₹54.08 crore in tax along with ₹43.82 crore interest for FY23. The GST department alleged non-payment/short-payment of tax and/or wrongful availment or utilisation of input tax credit.
  • NCC: NCC received two additional orders worth ₹500.22 crore in September, including ₹224.74 crore for its buildings division and ₹275.48 crore for its transportation division.

  • Shadowfax Technologies: Newquest Asia Fund IV (Singapore), owned by TPG, sold 40 lakh shares, representing a 0.68% stake, for ₹113.61 crore at ₹284.03 per share.
  • Avalon Technologies: Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund acquired 24.01 lakh shares, representing a 3.59% stake, for ₹521.38 crore at ₹2,171 per share.
  • Innova Captab: HNI Gian Parkash Aggarwal sold 15.5 lakh shares, representing a 2.7% stake, for ₹167.4 crore at ₹1,080.04 per share.
  • Molbio Diagnostics: HDFC Mutual Fund acquired 23 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.99% stake, for ₹302.45 crore at ₹1,315 per share.
  • GNG Electronics: Unifi Capital and its Blend Fund 2 acquired 34.2 lakh shares, representing a 3% stake, for ₹230.8 crore.
  • Capital Small Finance Bank: Oman India Joint Investment Fund II sold 11.02 lakh shares, representing a 2.42% stake, for ₹30.86 crore, while Fidelity Institutional Funds ICVC-Emerging Markets Fund acquired almost the same number of shares at ₹280 per share.
  • Kajaria Ceramics: Promoter entity Chetan Kajaria Family Private Trust sold 18 lakh shares, representing a 1.13% stake, for ₹214.2 crore at ₹1,190.01 per share.
  • Centum Electronics: Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund acquired 1.04 lakh shares, representing a 0.7% stake, for ₹51.52 crore at ₹4,928.89 per share.
