Morning Commodity Market Snapshot
GOLD
In the early hours of Tuesday’s session, COMEX gold is trading with a flat to negative tone, with prices staying below the $4450 barrier and hovering around $4424. The upside in the prices remain capped, as investors are awaiting inflation data due to be released on 10 and 11 september that would further give cue on interest rate decision due to be taken on 16th September. Further better than expected labor market data has pushed the expectation of rate hike to hike to 60% which was earlier priced in at 50%. On the technical front, If gold falls below the mark of 4380, then technically it will become weak for the next downside destination of 4320.But successful breach of 4450, would make yellow metal stronger towards $4500.

SILVER
COMEX silver prices have been trading above the $65 mark and have shown a positive bias with gains of 0.91%.. Bargain buying along with industrial demand is keeping the silver prices elevated. Investors, meanwhile, are awaiting US inflation statistics to offer further direction for the Fed’s interest rate choice. Also the dollar index plunged below 99 mark, which is also providing a cushion to the silver prices. If silver prices remain above the mark of $65, it may reach the upside destination of $69 and then eventually towards $71, else prices fall below the mark of $65 can take prices towards $63.

CRUDE
Brent prices are trading near the level of $95 despite the signal of Iran -Oman nearing a deal for managing the shipping through Strait of Hormuz, but downside in prices remain capped with US-Iran yet in deadlock with no conclusion in between both the countries. Rather US Officials have stated that there may not be any clear nuclear agreement between US-Iran, which was the key objective of the war. Technically speaking, if Brent crude prices are able to move above $95, we might see the level of $98 sooner; if not, prices would move toward $91.

COPPER
MCX copper closed the day at 1386.50 with a gain of 0.59% after sustainably trading above the 1385 barrier. Supply disruption, falling LME inventory and rise in demand continued to provide cushion copper prices. Therefore, if copper prices keep rising over the ₹1385 barrier, they may go closer to the ₹1390–1400 mark.Investors, meanwhile, are awaiting fresh indication for the Fed’s interest rate decision based on US inflation statistics.
