Raghunandan Capital Private Limited follows a strict no-refund policy for all services
offered, except in cases explicitly mentioned below:

1. NonRefundable Charges
   Brokerage, statutory charges, exchange fees, taxes (including GST), and any other
   levies once applied are strictly nonrefundable. This includes all charges imposed
   as part of trading, settlement, regulatory compliance, or exchangemandated
   processes.
2. Treatment of Client Funds
   Funds transferred by clients into their trading account are utilized solely for trading,
   margin, and settlement obligations in accordance with client instructions and
   applicable regulatory norms. Such funds are not eligible for refund except in cases
   explicitly defined below.
3. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
   a. Technical or Operational Errors Excess / double funds credited to the
   client’s trading account due to system error, duplication, or any other technical
   discrepancy.
   b. No Trading Activity Initiated Funds credited to the trading account where
   the client has not executed any trade and formally requests withdrawal of the
   credited amount.
4. Refund Destination
   All approved refunds will be processed exclusively to the client’s original
   registered bank account available in our records. No thirdparty accounts or
   alternate bank accounts will be permitted under any circumstances.
5. Refund Timelines
   Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date
   of internal verification, reconciliation, and approval. Processing timelines may vary in
   case of additional regulatory checks or banking delays.
