We have a refund policy for the payments that you make for account opening purpose.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your payment of account opening fee for Online KYC, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, youmustinform us within 60 days from the date of your payment or account opening whichever is earlier. While you ask for a refund, the refund means your consent to suspension/removal/closure or your account with us and further no services will be offered.

To complete your return, we request a written mail fro you mentioning your client ID.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return/refund requestWe will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case you have utilized the credits given by us or additional amount offered by us, the same will be adjusted against the account opening charges payment done by you and only the balance amount (partial amount) will be refunded.Any amount which is offered as a credit, cash back, additional scheme, brokerage benefit or any kind of benefit for which you haven’t paid explicitly, these amounts don’t qualify for refund at all. These amounts are offered by us as promotions and remains our property only.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional Offer Benefits

Only regular priced  or charges for which you have paid us and to the extent that it is unutilized by you, the refund would take place. Items , benefits & Amounts offered as promotional scheme or add on benefits or cash back are not eligible for refunds.
