• Custom integrated system for all custom processes to be rolled out in 2 years. - To deduct TDS in sale of immovable asset by non- residents.

- Custom duty exemption
• Exempt basic custom duty on sodium antimonate.
• Exempt on import of good require for nuclear power project via nuclear power plant till 2030.
• Parts Required for civilian training and other aircraft exempt basic custom duty.
• Basic custom duty exemption for parts used in manufacturing of microwaves, ovens.
• Propose to Custom duty exemption on 17 cancer drugs.

- GLOBAL BUSINESS AND INVESTMENT
• Tax holiday toll 2047 to any foreign services that provide cloud services using Indian data centre.
• Safe harbour of 15% of cost for providing Data centre by Indian company. - STT on future to 0.05% fro existing to 0.02%.
- STT on option raised to 0.15% from 0.1%.
- MAT rate reduced to 14%.

- Rationalizing penalty and prosecution
• No interest liability for tax payer for period of appeal.
• Quantum of prepayment to be reduced to 10% from exiting 20%
• To extent time to revise return from December31 to 31 March - Moot ITR 1, ITR2 filling deadline extended to 31 July.
- Safe harbour to be at Rs2,000 crore from existing Rs3,000 crore and is to be extended for 5 years

- 53.5 lakh crore: total expenditure.
- 28.75 lakh crore: Net Tax receipt.
- 11.7 lakh crore: Net Market Borrowing.
- Simplified Income Tax rules to be notified shortly.
- To cut TCS for Educational and Medical form , from existing 5% to 2%.

- To launch credit link subsidy programmed for Animal Husbandry.
- To launch Bharat Vista Multi-lingual led AI tool.
- Promote She-Mart for women led enterprises.
- To retain vertical state devolution at 41%
- Declining Debt to GDP ratio at 55.6% at FY27.
- Reduce fiscal deficit estimated at FY26 4.4% of GDP, FY27 4.3% of GDP .

- ORNAGE ECONOMY:
• AVAG sector projected to require 2 million profession by 2030
• Indian design industry, new NIFT in the eastern region - Livestock give 16% of farm income Loan link capital subsidy for establishment of Veterinary.
- TOURISM
• Set up of new national institute of hospitality , bridge between academia industry Government and businesses.
• One Girls hostel will be established in every district. - Propose to launch “KHELO INDIA MISSION” for sports sector for 10 years.
- 500 reservoir as Amrit shriver for Fisheries and women led sector to enhance link to market.

- Corporate Bond Market
• Individual living abroad can invest in Indian equities via portfolio plan
• Suitable access to fund and derivative
• Individual investment limit to 10% from 5% for PROIs - 5 regional medical hub in partnership with private sector will have:
• AYUSH Centre, Medical tourism, diagnostic , post-care, Rehabilitation.
• 3 new all India institute of Ayurveda.

- Rs10,000 crore SME fund growth fund
- Rs2,000 crore for MSME

Increase to Rs12.2 lakh crores

3.CARBON CAPTURE UTILISATION AND STORAGE
outlay of Rs20,000 crores
