Job Description : Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies for Customer Retention & Reactivation (CRR) and New Business Development (NBD) Improve communication and engagement across buyer journeys. Measure and optimize buyer journeys with relevant KPIs. Implement data-driven strategies to improve organic reach and app discoverability. Develop social and non-social content strategies as per KPIs. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and key communication pillars (e.g., Speed, Trust, Innovation). Utilize Hotjar and consumer insights to improve engagement and conversion. Implement CleverTap marketing automation for customer segmentation, engagement, and lifecycle campaigns. Leverage DMP Oracle and Salesforce for data-driven marketing and audience targeting. Develop influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach. Drive digital marketing initiatives with a strong consumer lens. Build, mentor, and manage teams across performance marketing, SEO, ASO, and content. Ensure teams meet their 3M goals with regard to communication (market , medium and message ) Develop training programs for skill enhancement in marketing, consumer insights, and growth strategies. Identify and solve problems proactively, ensuring efficient execution. Manage the brand transition from Raghunandan money to rmoney Ensure smooth communication and positioning during the transition
