Job Description : -Provide Level 2+ support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment. -Diagnose and resolve complex network issues while ensuring minimal disruption to services. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements. -Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements. -Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, changes, and procedures. -Implement and enforce best practices for network security and data protection. -Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in the financial services sector. -Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed. -Conduct technical training and mentoring for junior staff members. -Ensure compliance with information security, IT policies, and conduct audits (System, Cyber Security). -Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances. -Experience in broking industries will be given added advantage. -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
