IPO me NII category of investors kaun hote hain?

Agar koi investor RII category me fall karta hai lekin 2 lakh se zyada ki bid submit karna chahta hai to usko NII ya Non-Institutional Investor kaha jata hai.
Is category me Indian individuals, NRIs, HUFs, corporate bodies, companies, trusts, science institutions aur societies fall karte hain
Yahan investors 2 lakh se zyada ki bid place kar sakte hain, lekin ye cut-off price par bids submit nahi kar sakte
Kisi bhi IPO ka minimum 15% NII investors ke liye reserved rehta hai
