What is the OTP Modification Process to Update Email ID/ mobile No./ UID/ Bank Details Using Back Office?

RMoney clients can now easily modify and update their email id, mobile number, address, bank details, and UID details in their trading and commodity account through back office. This can now be simply done using an OTP Authentication/ Modification process.

Following are the steps you need to follow

• Login to your RMoney Back Office
• Select Capital Mkt- 21-22
• Go to Requests and select Change Req. option

• Enter the details to be modified in the following screen and click on “Get OTP”

• An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number 
• Enter the OTP received and Submit

Your Account Modification request will be executed by our team.
